The owner was struggling to manage the day to day of the business, getting drawn too often into small and administrative issues. At the same time, they didn’t feel like they had the time to hire for much-needed roles. It all felt too overwhelming! 

Here’s what happened:

Black & Blue helped the owner get crystal clear on what they needed within the team to be able to focus on the growth of the business. Crafting an ad and a hiring process, running it and filtering down to five superb candidates.

Results: 

  • Created a great-fit role brief and advert for the role in hand. 
  • Advertised, interviewed, and screened candidates down to a shortlist of five, who were handed over to the owner for the final interviews. 
  • Built a hiring process around each step, that could be easily followed by anyone in the team.
